Progress, Proficiency and Other Badges
Girl Scouts are able to proudly display the work they have done with their badges.
In each scout group a girl goes through 3 stages and there is a badge at the completion of each stage:
- Peenie Wallies: moon, sun, star
- Doctorbirds: footpath. road, highway
- Junior Scouts: yellow, red and blue fleurs
- Senior Scouts: bronze, silver and gold fleurs
There are other badges too, such as service, venture and 45 proficiency badges. A sampling is shown below.
